In this case, the charges include serious crimes punishable by more than five years in prison. The prosecution also believes that the defendant has already destroyed evidence and that his testimony has been inconsistent. If the possibility of future destruction of evidence, collusion, or recidivism cannot be ruled out, the court finds that detention is warranted.<a
