However, the court must still assess each defendant&#039;s specific circumstances and determine whether there are grounds for detention and the necessity of detention. It cannot directly assume that other defendants must also be detained simply because a co-defendant has fled. Regarding the substantive aspects of the case, existing bank statements, account books, seized documents, and previous testimonies will not, in principle, disappear due to the flight of one co-defendant, and therefore may not necessarily change the overall direction of the investigation and trial.
