Legal liability cannot solely depend on the length of the chairman&#039;s term; it is also necessary to ascertain whether the chairman participated in the disposal of funds, was aware of the falsification of the accounts, and whether they conspired with others to carry out the relevant actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If someone knowingly prepares accounting vouchers or records entries with false information, or uses related information to obtain investment or financing, they may be involved in commercial accounting laws and other criminal provisions, and the matter must be judged based on the conduct and evidence.<a href=\"https:\/\/fdlaw.com.tw\/en\/criminal\/\">Company funds misappropriated<\/a>In cases involving such matters, it is advisable to first preserve bank transactions, summonses, signatures, and communication records, and verify the purpose and instructions of each transaction.
