There is a T-intersection in Wenshan District, Taipei City, with no traffic lights. Logically speaking, turning vehicles should stop before driving. But the local people only slowed down and never stopped. An American professor at National Chengchi University also followed the same example and injured a cyclist. As a result, he was sentenced to two months in prison and Yike was fined 60,000.
