Afterwards, I confessed to the proprietress that I was accused of embezzlement! However, the court held that the employee took the initiative to inform the vehicle of its usage status, took the car for repairs, and did not take possession of the Mercedes-Benz, so it was found not guilty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Lawyer Li Yusheng of Fidelity Law Firm stated that since the defendant only stole the car to go out for fun and later drove the car back in accordance with the instructions, the defendant subjectively had no intention of embezzlement and therefore did not constitute the crime of embezzlement.
