To this day, he is still debating with the prosecutors whether to take him into custody. However, the Beijing Prosecutor&#039;s Office has separately investigated Ke Wenzhe and former deputy mayor Peng Zhensheng for allegedly having unclear sources of huge sums of money and committing crimes involving unclear sources of property belonging to public servants. Lawyer Li Yusheng from Fidelity Law Firm said that the court ruled for the second time that although Ke Wenzhe and others were still allowed to post bail, Cai Biru and three others immediately overturned the statements they made during the investigation as soon as they posted bail. Obviously, Ke Wenzhe still has some concerns about relevant people. The high substantive influence does not rule out the possibility of another collusion.
