FBI investigators went undercover on the dark web and obtained evidence of Lin Ruixiang&#039;s crimes. They found that Lin Ruixiang had hand-drawn sketches of online business in college. However, Lin Ruixiang was suspected of showing off his wealth and was blackmailed by hackers. He also blackmailed drug dealers. The US indictment revealed that he made 500 million in dirty money from drug trafficking, 40 million of which was remitted to his mother, and the possibility of assisting in money laundering cannot be ruled out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Attorney Li Yusheng of Fidelity Law Offices said that if a person was arrested for drug trafficking in the United States, according to U.S. law, there is a chance to reduce his sentence if he pleads guilty and gives out his accomplices, but it is estimated that he may still be sentenced to more than 20 years in prison, and he will have the opportunity to return to Taiwan only after serving his sentence in the United States.
