She issued a statement for the first time yesterday evening (1) saying that she was only commissioned by a friend&#039;s lawyer to accompany the investigation that day, and she rescinded the commission after the investigation was over. She admitted that there were indeed negligence in the process. Lawyers are being investigated for leaking secrets one after another. Other lawyers pointed out the &quot;unspoken rules&quot;, saying that the fraud group will spend money to find a special lawyer. When there is a lawsuit, the lawyer has to find colleagues who can follow instructions to cooperate. If the lawyer leaks the content of the interrogation or colludes with others, he may not be able to escape legal responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Liu Yiling, a lawyer at Fidelity Law Office, said that some lawyers, in order to achieve sales results, have long-term cooperation with fraud groups and collect monthly lawyer fees. If the fraud group needs it, the lawyer will be responsible for arranging other lawyers to accompany the investigation. Due to this cooperation model, lawyers may have to follow the instructions of the fraud group and even commit illegal acts such as leaking secrets or colluding with others.
