When the police discovered a large number of poisoned coffee bags hidden in the bicycle, he tried to escape and even lost control and choked the police. After being handcuffed and arrested, he argued that he was not trafficking drugs.<br><br>Li Yusheng, an attorney at Fidelity Law Firm, explains that if a suspect uses a Class II drug themselves, the penalty is up to three years in prison. However, if they sell or possess with intent to sell a Class II drug, the penalty can be up to life imprisonment or more than 10 years. Therefore, if a suspect is apprehended, they often claim they used the drugs themselves to reduce their sentence. However, if a large quantity of drugs is seized, or if others upstream or downstream accuse the suspect of selling the drugs, or if there is other concrete evidence of sales, such as chat logs, this can prove the suspect&#039;s intent to sell.
