Priority seats, now designated as &quot;priority seats,&quot; were not required to be given up. A young passenger was repeatedly pushed and shoved by a white-haired woman using her bag, forcing her to give up her seat. The young passenger then stood up and kicked the woman, sending her flying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Li Yusheng, an attorney at Fidelity Law Firm, stated that in this case, the elderly woman initially struck the seated passenger twice with the bag. If the passenger&#039;s retaliatory action was intended to avoid unlawful assault, it would legally constitute legitimate self-defense and not be punishable.
