Intel also issued a statement on the 26th, stating that it strictly prohibits the use or transfer of any third party&#039;s confidential information or intellectual property rights. Based on the information currently available, there is no reason to believe that the allegations against Luo Weiren have any basis. Intel welcomes Luo Weiren back to Intel and emphasizes that cross-company talent mobility is not only common but also a symbol of a healthy industry, and this situation is no exception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Fuda Law Firm<a href=\"https:\/\/fdlaw.com.tw\/en\/trade-secret-information-security\/\">trade secrets law<\/a>Attorney Li Yusheng stated that Luo Weiren may have violated the Trade Secrets Act and breached non-compete agreements, and the prosecutor has already initiated legal proceedings.<a href=\"https:\/\/fdlaw.com.tw\/en\/criminal\/\">search<\/a>Furthermore, while the authorities could seize any relevant evidence and potential proceeds of crime, if Luo Weiren has already fled overseas, and given that he might be protected as a U.S. citizen, apprehending and bringing him to trial would be extremely difficult.
