A car rear-ended a taxi, then slid and collided with another taxi, a multi-purpose taxi. The driver of the car had a blood alcohol level of 0.77 and confessed that he had drunk beer and spirits at a bar, and then drove out to meet a friend after returning home, but accidentally caused the accident.<br><br>Attorney Li Yusheng of Fidelity Law Firm stated that the driver&#039;s drunk driving in this case constitutes a public endangerment offense under criminal law. Furthermore, the driver can provide repair invoices or estimates to prove the amount of damage to the vehicle.
