After being reported by the company&#039;s shareholders, the Shilin District Prosecutors Office investigated and indicted him yesterday (17th) for the crime of making false documents in the course of business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Attorney Liu Yiling of Fidelity Law Firm stated that in order to avoid the enforcement of his company shares, the perpetrator created false documents and transferred the shares to his family through a fraudulent transaction. This constitutes the crime of forgery of documents and the crime of submitting false business documents. He may also be guilty of damaging creditor&#039;s rights.
