The family is devastated, revealing that only an assistant from the television station offered condolences with six apples, and they were told there was no insurance coverage. The Film and Drama Professionals Union issued a statement calling it a systemic man-made disaster. The Taoyuan City Labor Inspection Office stated that failure to take proper safety precautions could result in a fine of up to NT$300,000. However, FTV clarified that Mr. Su, the production manager, inspected the premises and deemed the safety measures adequate before filming began. They stated that the production team had employer&#039;s liability insurance for the actors and would take full responsibility for the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Attorney Li Xin from Fidelity Law Firm stated that if the television station and production company fail to implement safety measures and insurance, they may face administrative penalties such as labor inspections, hefty fines, work stoppages, and name revocation. If there is clear negligence, they may also face criminal penalties such as negligent grievous bodily harm and violations of the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
