Dissatisfied with being cheated out of his stock investments by a friend, he colluded with Huang Tzu-hsiang, a police officer at the Nangang Precinct, to investigate his personal information and collect debts. The Taipei District Prosecutors Office launched a search and questioning operation yesterday (5th).
