Linkou police in New Taipei City received intelligence that a tin-roofed house was frequented by suspicious individuals late at night, suspected of harboring a professional gambling den. After surveillance and evidence collection, they busted the gambling den. The funniest part was that some gamblers were so frightened that they jumped over the wall to escape, dropping their cash along the way in their panic. The police officers chasing after them even helped pick up the money!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">According to lawyer Li Yusheng of Fidelity Law Firm, under the Criminal Law, a person committing a crime does not necessarily have to actually participate in the crime.
