Wanted criminal Chiu Sheng-ming sexually assaulted a drunk female tourist from Hong Kong in the station hall for 10 minutes without anyone stopping him. When he was arrested, the suspect claimed that he was drunk and could not control himself, attempting to shirk responsibility. The Taipei District Court sentenced him to 5 years and 2 months in prison for sexual intercourse by taking advantage of another person. The case can still be appealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Attorney Li Xin from Fidelity Law Firm stated that the suspect in this case sexually assaulted the victim while she was intoxicated, which constitutes the crime of taking advantage of someone to have sex, punishable by imprisonment for not less than three years but not more than ten years.
