The woman claims that she was forcibly taken home by a male resident upstairs while she was drunk. She only sobered up and ran out of the house after about 20 minutes. She has decided to sue the man for sexual harassment, unlawful confinement, intimidation, and assault. However, how can she prove the missing 20 minutes? Her lawyer said that she can look at the surveillance footage from outside to infer whether the man committed any illegal acts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">An elderly man in red was walking around the community hall when a female resident accused him of groping her while she was drunk and even forcibly taking her home.
