If it&#039;s merely the use of the same animal theme, it may not constitute infringement; however, if the specific expressions are highly similar, and there are obvious signs of reference or even modification, there could be legal risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a company uses similar designs directly on its products without obtaining authorization from the original creator, it may infringe on copyright and could lead to issues such as product removal, recalls, compensation claims, and damage to its reputation.
