台北地院審理京華城案，上午，除了借提柯文哲，傳喚沈慶京、黃景茂，還找來證人，前台北市都委會都委、政大地政系教授白仁德，另外，陳佩琪日前發文、替先生抱屈，這次來北院，情緒似乎平靜不少，至於柯文哲之前在法庭上對檢察官咆哮，可能涉及公然侮辱，檢察官也已經向法院，函調法庭錄影畫面。
富達法律事務所李育昇律師表示，京華城貪污圖利案，柯文哲蓋章交辦將京華城案送都委會，今日傳喚當時曾參加會議的白仁德教授，主要是要釐清會議中有人曾表示該案不符合都市更新，且不能直接適用容積獎勵，這樣可強化主導者有主觀不法的意圖。另外，調取法庭錄影光碟，本屬當事人的權利，因此法官通常會准許，而且柯文哲這樣的不當動作，是可能構成公然侮辱罪的，檢方有權利來提告。
