Taipei reported that Lin Ruixiang, a top student who graduated from the Department of Information Management at National Taiwan University, was arrested in the United States for running a dark web for drug trafficking. FBI investigators went undercover on the dark web and obtained evidence of Lin Ruixiang's crimes. They found that Lin Ruixiang had hand-drawn sketches of online business in college. However, Lin Ruixiang was suspected of showing off his wealth and was blackmailed by hackers. He also blackmailed drug dealers. The US indictment revealed that he made 500 million in dirty money from drug trafficking, 40 million of which was remitted to his mother, and the possibility of assisting in money laundering cannot be ruled out.
