A multi-vehicle collision occurred recently near Linsen North Road in Taipei City. A car rear-ended a taxi, then slid and collided with another taxi, a multi-purpose taxi. The driver of the car had a blood alcohol level of 0.77 and confessed that he had drunk beer and spirits at a bar, and then drove out to meet a friend after returning home, but accidentally caused the accident.
