Attorney Li Xin from Fidelity Law Firm stated that the perpetrator took the store's clothing without permission, which constitutes the objective act of theft. Although he returned the clothes the next day and left a note stating that it was only a temporary loan, the clothing tags had already been removed, and the store could not resell them. Therefore, the perpetrator's subsequent remedial actions would not affect the theft charge he had already committed.
