光澤診所偷拍案還沒結束！檢警7日發動搜索，將2名診所主管帶回調查，最後2人也因涉案重大，9日遭到羈押禁見，甚至連底下的5名工程人員，也因為涉嫌協助拆機滅證，也連同被檢警帶回調查，9日深夜被裁定50萬交保候傳。檢警不排除，將會有下一波的搜索行動。

富達法律事務所李育昇律師表示，負責人若涉嫌知情或下令，將與員工構成妨害秘密及無故攝錄性影像罪之共同正犯；若涉及未成年受害者，更觸犯兒少性剝削條例重罪。負責人目前滯留海外，檢方經傳喚未到將發布通緝。法律上，診所辯稱為了「避免醫療糾紛」，但因診間屬於高度隱私空間，未經同意以針孔攝錄已嚴重違反個資法與隱私權，不具備法律正當性。此舉除面臨刑事追訴與鉅額民事賠償外，衛福部亦可依法勒令診所停業或廢止開業執照。
