A fatal collision involving a recycling truck occurred around 6 p.m. last night in Guishan, Taoyuan. Seven people were injured, including a 78-year-old woman surnamed Qiu who succumbed to her injuries after being taken to the hospital. The woman's family rushed to the Taoyuan Funeral Home that evening for an autopsy, and the atmosphere at the scene was somber.
