Andy responded one by one according to the statement of Qunhai Entertainment. Regarding the first point of Qunhai’s statement, “Regarding the establishment of the company and the payment of salaries”, Andy said that Zhang’s mother has proved here that this channel is jointly operated by him and Zhang Jianing, so why did he become an employee who was only registered as a shareholder in someone else’s name?

If he wants to claim that he signed the contract because he did not read it clearly or was deceived, he must provide evidence that he had misread it, and also provide relevant evidence that he has invested and is the one who operates and manages the channel. Only then will he have a better chance of successfully regaining the operating rights of the channel.
