Lawyer Li Yusheng said: "The crime of vote bribery lies in whether there is a consideration relationship between the bribe or improper benefit delivered and the voters' behavior of exercising their voting rights. This needs to be determined on a case-by-case basis. In this case, for example, during the period when registration fees are waived, How long it takes, and whether the patient is intentionally or unintentionally reminded during the visit to vote for a specific candidate, may need to be considered and evaluated."
