民眾黨創黨主席柯文哲涉貪一審重判17年，後續恐怕還有未爆彈。廉政署上周約談證人，調查柯市府「忠孝橋引道拆除工程」。證人的陳情信如今曝光，直指施工工法與標案內容不符，把較為安全但昂貴的「切割工法」，改成便宜但有危險性的「破碎工法」，讓工程造價從3.1億，變成3000萬有找，北檢也分他字案偵辦。

富達法律事務所李育昇律師表示，皇昌營造施工工法與標案內容不符，可能涉犯偽造文書、詐欺罪等，而後續調查如果認為台北市政府可能有包庇廠商甚至收取回扣等情形，就有可能有涉犯貪污治罪條例的圖利罪甚至行賄罪或收賄罪等，案件將可能往上延燒到時任台北市長。
