This case involves company law and commercial accounting law. After the shareholder contributed capital, the party used the capital contribution to repay previous shareholder transactions. However, the prosecutor and the first-instance judge determined that the capital was false and was sentenced to prison.
Since this case involves corporate governance and commercial accounting systems, our firm invested a lot of time in sorting out the financial transaction records of multiple shareholders over the past few years and produced several pages of A3 forms. We explained them one by one during the court session, using our oral argument skills in court, and tried our best to present the case to the court. The judge explained and fought hard, and finally obtained a not guilty verdict!
